I built Clear Cycles to help you unlock your cycle and fertility. How? By teaching you how to track and interpret your daily hormone biomarkers (cervical fluid and basal body temperature), as well as the science behind this practice.

The Fertility Method is an additional training I offer if you want to use this practice as a reliable, hormone-free contraceptive method or as a tool to aid in conception.
