My name is Clea, I'm a fertility awareness and sexual health educator, based in London.
I show you how to unlock your confusing or irregular cycles and understand what your body and fertility is telling you. I do this through education and teaching you a simple, daily method of observation. Yes, it's that's simple.
I teach two self-paced courses. In Clear Cycle Mastery, I teach you how to master a sympto-thermal fertility awareness method for contraception and conception. The course consists of approximately 6 hours of classes and 3 hours of 1:1 support. In Clear Cycle Foundations, you learn the basics of tracking your basal body temperature, for cycle insights and clarity only. Learn more about each course, through the links below.
